Q: How do I become a Challenger?
A: It’s easy! Just click on the “BECOME A CHALLENGER” menu item on our homepage, fill in your details, and you’ll be set to start receiving challenges in no time.
Q: Is myChallengeCloud free to use?
A: Yes, signing up and participating is completely free.
Participation and Challenges
Q: How do I participate in a Challenge?
A: You will receive in your email a ChallengeBoard Adobe pdf file. Open the Adobe pdf file and click on any Challenge Block. It will open a web page and display a question with multiple choice answers. Choose your best answer and if you are correct you become a Challenge Award Nominee. The more Challenges you answer correctly the more nominations you will receive. Multiple times through out the Challenge Day (4:00 – 24:00 UTC) Challenge Award Recipients will be selected. Every Challenge Day you will receive a new ChallengeBoard.
Q: I received notice that I am a Challenge Award Recipient what do I do now.
A: Click on the link in the email and update your profile. You will be redirected to Stripe.com. Stripe processes our Challenge Awards. You will complete the easy setup and be ready to receive your Challenge Award*.
*note: only one Challenge Award per Challenge day per person.
Q: I completed my Stripe.com account setup what happens next?
A: Multiple times a day we will transfer Challenge Awards from our Stripe account to Award Recipient’s Stripe account. The Challenge Award will be transferred to your personal account depending on how you setup your Stripe account.

Q: How do I reset my password?
A: On the SIGN IN page, click the “Forgot Password?” link. Enter your registered email, and we’ll send you instructions to reset your password.

A: Absolutely. We prioritize user security and privacy. Please refer to our Privacy-Policy for detailed information.

Q: The website isn’t loading properly for me. What should I do?
A: First, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. If the issue persists, please drop us an email at support@mychallengecloud.com
